firstly a late delivery. Then a damaged piece. I sent it to the tailor to stitch it up and then they said they will send a new one and I should return the old one. Not at all happy with the experience. I really do not have the time or bandwidth to stay at home and receive and return the shipment. The lady in customer service in your company was polite.
