Copper Neti Pot

This jal neti pot is designed to practice one of the ancient Hatha Yogic cleansing techniques (Shatkarma/Shatkriyas), Neti. Jal Neti is a nasal wash which helps cleanse the nasal passages. A basic nasal wash consists of purified warm water and non-iodized salt, to create a gentle saline solution. You are then required to pour water in through one nostril and let it flow out from the other and then repeat the same with the other nostril.

However, if you haven’t practised this yet, then like any other yogic practice, it is advised that you first learn this technique from a yoga teacher or expert practitioner not just to understand the correct method but also to understand if it is suitable for you and how often should you practice. The advantage of using a neti pot made of copper is that copper is naturally anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.
