I’ve been using both the bolsters (rectangular and cylindrical) for some yin yoga work I do as a yoga teacher & I love it. The rectangular bolster is especially useful for heart opening asanas as well as the simple Child’s pose : it assists my students with going deeper into restorative asanas 🙂 additionally my parents have been using the cylindrical bolster at home for some knee support & relaxation work & they find great relief.
Both bolsters are quite firm & are amazing for releasing tension. The fact that the covers can be cleaned is amazing! :)Totally recommend the product.
