JURU Yoga is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies who are carefully selected using logistics aggregator platforms.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

FREE SHIPPING for all deliveries in India. The shipping charge is specified separately for every product for International deliveries where applicable .

All international deliveries are delivered as per the best options available for given postal codes by our logistic partners.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
International logistics is volatile, with shipping costs and delivery times fluctuating significantly due to a multitude of factors. Though the delivery time is usually 1 week, we can expect delays for certain pincodes. You can track the shipment once it is booked from our end.

Reach out to us separately for an estimate on any on-demand or express delivery because such services will come at an additional cost.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
