How and When will I Receive my Order ?
All orders are shipped within 24 Hrs via our delivery partners. The delivery will take 2-3 business days in India and 5-7 days to other countries.
Do I have to pay any additional taxes ?
The prices listed are inclusive of all taxes. For International orders, local VAT as applicable, if any.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking code from the courier partner. Orders can be tracked directly on the partners website. You can also call us or email us for our support.
How can I cancel my Order ?
You can cancel the order within 24 hrs by writing a mail to namaste@juruyoga.com
Will I get a Refund ?
Yes, all orders are eligible for refund or replacement against manufacturing defect. If you don’t like a particular product you can mail us and we will help you out.
